What better place to start than the beginning, right? My goal for Brain Vault is for it to be a collection of thought, philosophy, and my experiences in personal experimentation. I imagine it will consist mostly of my journaling through each of my experiments. I will most likely focus on 1 experiment at a time, though I may squeeze in some smaller and shorter experiments, as long as I don’t feel that they will disrupt the outcome of the larger experiment at that time.
The subjects of my experiments will be vast; no subject is off limits. My ideas right now consist of experiments in human perception, nutrition and dietary supplementation, fitness, sleep patterns and cycles, physicial and mental development, and new habit implementation. But as time passes I’m sure I’ll come up with even more things to work on. So Brain Vault will be the ultimate implementation of “lifehacks” documented.
As the site becomes more developed, I may consider hiring other “lifehackers” to share their experiences with their lifehacks. Who knows how far this will go. But one thing is for certain: There will be tons of userful and interesting information here at The Brain Vault. So check back soon, and check back often.
