After the lapse I had yesterday I skipped my evening nap. This made up for lost time. I went to sleep at 4 am again and had no problem waking up at 7 am. Yesterday was fantastic (after the whole sleeping in thing). I didn’t feel tired the entire day, and I did a lot of great things. I went on a boat ride with some great friends, barbequed afterwards, and played some video games.
I didn’t hit the gym yesterday, though I probably should have. My shins were still hurting from the night before, so I decided to let them rest up.
Emotional State: super excited
Mental State: highly alert
Physical State: all systems go
Feelings about Biphasic: starting to really love it
Productivity: Project weekend means I’m going to get a lot done.
Diet: pretty normal
I’m excited about this weekend. I’m going out of town with a friend, and we are going to spend the entire weekend at his place working on all of our big projects. Away from friends and family + no distractions = ultimate productivity weekend. Of course when you add biphasic sleep to that you get uber-productivity. Stay tuned for day 6.
