Biphasic Sleep: Day 6

This morning ended day 6. I slept in 2 hours more than I planned, but this was to be expected since I didn’t commit to the 90 minute nap yesterday evening. I went out with an old friend and just never got the chance. Still I’m feeling great about the experiment so far. I’m getting a lot of stuff done.

I’m currently in the process of my project weekend. I did some important reading this morning, and now I’m working on all of my websites. I plan on getting as much done today as I usually get done in an entire weekend. This day should be quite fruitful.

Emotional State: super excited

Mental State: highly alert

Physical State: all systems go

Feelings about Biphasic: starting to really love it

Productivity: Project weekend  = super productivity

Diet: fine

All in all I’m doing fantastic.  I’m starting to get the hang of it.  Just like any other schedule though, if you don’t stick with it you can find yourself in a hairy situation.  Biphasic is fantastic when practiced relatively disciplined.  When I neglect it, though, such as skipping naps, it can be pretty devestating.

Well i’m getting to work now.  More to come tomorrow.
