I have to admit, I haven’t been keeping up with recording everything I eat as well as I planned. I know I should, but this is more difficult and requires much more time than most of my experiments. I have been eating fairly well though. I’m sure I’m staying around 2800 calories, which is fine considering I’m probably burning more than that daily. I weighed in at 204.9 this morning, which is not bad considering I started at 209.5. That’s about 4.5 lbs change in 6 days. I’m sure I wont be dropping weight this consistently, but it’s an inspiring start.
I’m going to try and be better at recording everything, so hopefully tomorrow I’ll have all the graphs to show off again. Wish me luck on day 7!
