So for the last week I’ve been on the injured list… I rolled my ankle pretty badly last wednesday playing basketball and have only now started to recover. Yesterday evening was my first day back in the gym. So last week was a bit of a setback, but I’m back on track and as soon as the ankle heals enough I’ll be back on the court as well.
Nutrition-wise I’ve been ok. I’ll admit there was a cheeseburger here and there, but no sweets and I’ve maintained a healthy level of calories, with a low amount of fats (I made the burgers myself using 92% lean ground beef on a george foreman grill). Starting today I plan to resume counting calories and hitting the gym harder. Hopefully all will go well!
