Six Pack Abdominals: Days 14-17

These last few days have been ok, but this weekend is going to be rough.  My good friend and old roommate is getting married, and it’s an indian wedding, so that means it will last like 3 days and there will be a lot of bad food.  But my plan is to raise the bar monday.  I’m going to start eating only chicken, fish, and things that grow out of the ground.  I figure that should give me adequate calories without eating a bunch of crap.  And I will also up my fitness to 7 workouts per week.  It’s time to get serious.  Wish me luck!

  1. First thing you should understand is what are you aiming for, are looking to just add muscle, or are you looking to make this something that you are very committed to. First thing join a gym, second seek out a licensed personal trainer. You should start off with the arms first, this is the most common thing people aim for, just do your biceps and triceps one day, day two do your back and abs, day three do your chest and shoulders and last do your legs and cardio. Now if you join a gym you’ll find a whole bunch of machines and weights that can help you, I believe to start with free weights will be ideal for you, than work your way to the bigger stuff. Lift weights that are light for you, but still have Resistance. if you are serious go about this smart, and cautious, trust youself and your trainer. Good luck and train hard!
