So as promised, I ate like crap the entire weekend.  It was my buddies wedding, and we had a blast.  Now I face the reprocussions.  But I’m getting serious.  For the next 30 days I plan on eating grilled chicken, grilled beef, or tuna for meat, and veggies and potatoes for sides.  For breakfast I will eat eggs, oatmeal, and turkey bacon.  It’s time to make some drastic changes, and I think this will work.  I will allow myself 1 cheat meal per week, but other than that, this will be my life… Wish me luck.

    Please post pictures of your abs in the beggining and along the week to we could see how its going, will be very kind of you and i think will all thank that because could really give us a better idea of what we are talking and the progresses

    Great, it seems you've got the right attitude to stick to this plan! Nate's right, it gets easier and easier, to where you no longer feel like you're depriving yourself. Also, you will probably find the quality of your sleep improves with the quality of your calories... an added bonus
  • Great plan! The funny thing is that, after you eat healthfully for a while, the junk food actually is not very tempting!
